Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum order quantity for wholesale accounts is $350 (including GST) excluding freight costs.

Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale prices are available upon request. Please note that all prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon placement of order. We accept bank transfer and credit card payments (Visa and Mastercard).

Minimum Retail Prices

Wholesale accounts are requested to sell Bark with Buster products at the suggested retail price.

Return and Exchange Policies

All sales are final. However, we may consider exceptions for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss any return or exchange requests.

Shipping

Shipping is free for orders over $550 (including GST). For orders under $550, shipping fees will be applied and determined by weight and postcode. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If any item is returned to us in a damaged, used, or altered condition, we will not accept the item and the customer may be liable for the cost of the item.
