Returns & Exchanges Policy – Bark With Buster

At Bark With Buster, we want you and your furry friend to be absolutely stoked with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not barking happy with your treats or accessories, we’ve got you covered! This policy outlines the easy steps for returning or exchanging your order.

What can be returned or exchanged?

  • Unopened and tamper-proof items within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect (due to our error).

What can’t be returned or exchanged?

  • Opened or used treats (due to hygiene reasons).
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect storage.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Shoot us an email at info@barkwithbuster.com.au Let us know your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Approval: We’ll review your request and send you a return authorization email with instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Return Your Item(s): Carefully pack your item(s) in the original packaging (if possible) and return them to the address specified in the return authorization email. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect).
  4. Return Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet the return criteria, we’ll process your request within 5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

  • Refunds: For eligible returns, we’ll issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your item(s) for a different size, flavour, or product altogether, we’ll process the exchange once we receive your return. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded accordingly.
