Bark with Buster® is an Australian owned and operated natural dog treat brand based in Ascot Vale, Victoria. Our products are made in Australia using Australian-sourced ingredients. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Prices at the time of your order confirmation are the prices that apply to your purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in the case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfilment in cases of unforeseen stock issues. We will always contact you promptly if there is a problem with your order.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $120, and a flat rate of $14.95 on orders under $120. Free local delivery is available within 5 km of Ascot Vale, Victoria 3032.

Returns & Refunds

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days for unused, sealed products. Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. For full details, see our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Product Information

We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and ingredient information are accurate. However, product packaging and formulations may occasionally change. Always check the label on your product for the most current information.

Our treats are intended as supplementary food for dogs and should not replace a complete and balanced diet. Always supervise your dog when giving treats or chews. If your dog has a medical condition, consult your veterinarian before introducing new treats.
