Delivery Zones and Rates:

We offer delivery to all states and territories within Australia. We offer a flat delivery rate of $12.95 Australia wide. You’ll see the exact delivery cost before you finalise your order.

Here’s a quick breakdown of our delivery zones and estimated delivery timeframes:

• Metro: 1-3 business days (for major cities and surrounding areas)
• Regional: 3-5 business days (for regional areas outside of metro zones)
• Remote: 5-7 business days (for remote areas)

Please note: These are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on factors such as order volume and peak periods. We’ll always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Delivery Methods:

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your parcel’s progress online.

Order Processing Times:

Orders placed before 12 pm AEST Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm AEST we aim to process the same day. However, they may be processed the following business day.

International Shipping:

Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer international shipping. But keep your eyes peeled for updates – we’re always looking for ways to expand and bring Bark With Buster treats to more furry friends around the world!
