Products come with automatic consumer guarantees.
If an item is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from the description, or not fit for purpose, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Accepted within 30 Days of purchase.
Conditions:
Item must be unused
In original packaging
Returned in the same condition it was sent
Return shipping cost for change-of-mind is paid by the customer.
Request an exchange for a different size, flavour, or style (subject to stock).
Must meet the same conditions as change-of-mind returns.
Shipping for exchanges: Is paid by the customer.
Email us within 7 Days at jeannene@barkwithbuster.com.au with your order number and photos of the item + packaging.
We’ll assess the issue and decide: repair, replacement, or refund.
If confirmed faulty, we’ll reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Keep your receipt or order confirmation email.
Other proof of purchase may be accepted if needed.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and advise how long processing will take.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges are shipped once the return is approved.
No restocking fee for returns unless specifically stated.
Restocking fees never apply to valid faulty-item claims.
Policy may be updated from time to time.
